1 范圍

      本文件規(guī)定了由于各種原因產(chǎn)生的電壓騷擾和電磁騷擾，對(duì)電氣裝置安全的要求。

      本文件不適用于向公電網(wǎng)發(fā)電、輸電和配電的系統(tǒng)（見(jiàn)IEC 60364-1范圍），盡管此騷擾可在電氣裝置內(nèi)部或電氣裝置之間通過(guò)電源系統(tǒng)傳導(dǎo)。

441（暫空）

442 因高壓系統(tǒng)接地故障和低壓系統(tǒng)故障引起的低壓裝置暫時(shí)過(guò)電壓的防護(hù)

442.1 適用范圍

      本條款規(guī)定低壓裝置在以下故障時(shí)的安全要求：

      ——為低壓裝置供電的變電所內(nèi)高壓系統(tǒng)與地之間的故障；

      ——低壓系統(tǒng)中性導(dǎo)體中斷；

      ——線導(dǎo)體與中性導(dǎo)體之間短路；

      ——低壓IT系統(tǒng)線導(dǎo)體意外的接地。

      變電站接地配置要求按IEC 61936-1。

442.1.1 一般規(guī)則

442包括高壓/低壓變電站高壓線導(dǎo)體與地之間故障時(shí)，給出對(duì)變電站的設(shè)計(jì)者和安裝者的規(guī)定。需要以下高壓系統(tǒng)相關(guān)資料：

      ——接地故障電流最大值；

      ——接地配置的電阻。

      以下條款考慮442.1提及的通常引起最嚴(yán)重的暫時(shí)過(guò)電壓（IEC 60050-604定義）四種情況：

      ——高壓系統(tǒng)與地之間故障（見(jiàn)442.2）；

      ——低壓系統(tǒng)中性導(dǎo)體中斷（見(jiàn)442.3）；

      ——低壓IT系統(tǒng)意外接地（見(jiàn)442.4）；

      ——低壓裝置短路（見(jiàn)422.5）。
